You will be choosing your own items to make an "All About Grad Bundle." The date in which these items are needed is very crucial. Please DO NOT choose a date that is only 1 week away from your graduation or your event. There will not be rush fee options available for these Grad Bundles.

All detailed information on how your items need to be customized must be sent via email to dazzleddesigns.19@gmail.com within 48 hours of submitting this form. Please include your First and Last name in your email. If you are waiting on any professional graduation portraits or an upcoming graduation photoshoot, please make note of that in your email if those images will be needed for your design and you can send those in later.
