You, the customer/client, have a grace period of 24 hours (1 day) to send in a request to make changes regarding your design before production begins. This grace period does not pertain to rush order items. This may include, but not limited to, change of design colors, change of design layout, etc. All requests must be sent to dazzleddesigns.19@gmail.com OR 843-481-0354. ​ In the event you have changed your mind, cancellation requests must be made before production begins.
