Rush orders, although not available for all custom orders, may be selected for an additional fee.
Each product/service description provides the estimated turnaround time.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
You, the customer/client, have a grace period of 24 hours (1 day) to send in a request to make changes regarding your design before production begins. This grace period does not pertain to rush order items. This may include, but not limited to, change of design colors, change of design layout, etc. All requests must be sent to dazzleddesigns.19@gmail.com OR 843-481-0354.
In the event you have changed your mind, cancellation requests must be made before production begins. All requests must be sent to dazzleddesigns.19@gmail.com OR 843-481-0354.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing methods, and material differences.
Handmade and custom items may have slight variations, making each item unique.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DazzledDesigns Xtreme's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service purchased.
The business is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders require customer approval before production begins. You are given 48 hours (2 days) to communicate your design opinions. This timeframe does not include rush orders.
Customers are responsible for reviewing design layouts, spelling, dates, colors, and design details before final approval.
Once approval is received, DazzledDesigns Xtreme is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Failure to communicate in a timely manner will result in your project being terminated and no payment will be refunded.
DESIGN LAYOUT LIMIT
All orders will have up to 2 revisions included with the design layouts before additional fees apply.
RUSH ORDER FEES
Not all orders will be guaranteed a rush option. Rush fees vary based on the product.
PHOTO USAGE
DazzledDesigns Xtreme (DDX) may use photos of completed projects for our portfolio, website, or social media.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, logos, and artwork created by DazzledDesigns Xtreme LLC (DDX) remain the property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, or alter designs for commercial use without permission.
CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any images, logos, or copyrighted materials submitted for custom products.
DazzledDesigns Xtreme (DDX) is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided content.
PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment is required before production begins.

Certain orders require a nonrefundable deposit, with remaining balance due on a given date.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Remaining balances must be paid before products are released or shipped.

Several different payment methods are accepted.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
DazzledDesigns Xtreme LLC (DDX) reserves the right to decline and refund any project we feel is not doable.
DazzledDesigns Xtreme LLC (DDX) reserves the right to decline any project due to unforeseen circumstances and refund you, the customer/client, if your project hasn't yet been started.
DazzledDesigns Xtreme LLC (DDX) reserves the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, unlawful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
