A nonrefundable retainer fee secures the date your items are needed. After placing your order, you will receive design mockups within a few days. Your remaining balance will be due on the day of your design mockups delivery, via text message and/or email.

To book online,
1. Choose the date for your upcoming event.
2. Choose the first available time on that date.
Local pickup will be anytime between the hours of 4:30pm-6pm Tuesdays-Fridays and 11am-1pm Saturdays.
3. Complete all questions on the form to ensure accuracy with your order.
You will receive a link, after ordering, to upload any images that will be needed for your order; any images that need to be added for the design or if you have an ideal design in mind you'd like to share.*

Service Description

Cancellation Policy

All custom orders require customer approval before production begins. You are given 48 hours (2 days) to communicate your design opinions. This timeframe does not include rush orders. Customers are responsible for reviewing design layouts, spelling, dates, colors, and design details before final approval. Once approval is received, DazzledDesigns Xtreme is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer. Failure to communicate in a timely manner will result in your project being terminated and no payment will be refunded. You, the customer/client, have a grace period of 24 hours (1 day) to send in a request to make changes regarding your design before production begins. This grace period does not pertain to rush order items. In the event you have changed your mind, cancellation requests must be made before production begins.
